We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We believe in the quality of our services. So we don’t do any refund. No Refunds as the Services are already at discounted prices. No refund is offered for any cancellations of any course, workshop, or webinars. Any purchases made are NOT eligible for refund or cancellation.

Why do we do so? We are offering services that require human interaction as soon as you order the service.

In what case do we do the refunds? we may approve a refund request, a decision of which will solely depend on the management only If the Student’s Card/Bank Account has been debited multiple times or the excess amount has been debited in a single transaction, due to any technical error, in such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges and Processing Fee would be refunded to the candidate. The Student MUST notify us in writing within 24 hours of purchasing the course. Requests must be sent via email at The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded within 15 working days.
